Papa K. Diagne opened Joloff Restaurant in Brooklyn with his brothers and sister in 1995 and for 15 years Joloff Restaurant has provided a place where　people from different nationalities meet over the specifics of Senegalese food and music. "Senegal is a very welcoming country and by coming to the restaurant you can get a taste of how welcoming my country's people are" said Papa.
