BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life) is operating a free summer program at P.S. 287 (50 Navy St between Flushing & Concord) for children currently in Grades K through 5.  The program will start on July 6th and end on August 6th.  Participating scholars in this program must attend for all five weeks.
